FAQ about Season Ticket Purchases
1. Where will my 2010-11 seats be placed?
-Your seats will be in the same location as 2009-10. Move requests will be handled once season ticket holders have renewed, or after 4/1/2010.
2. When can I see my seats?
-Any time you are in the area, we will gladly give a tour of the facility and your seats. Simply call (785) 628-4050 or stop in during our business hours.
3. How will the ticketing system affect me?
It will have a positive effect on your overall season ticket ownership experience. Additional benefits include:
- Convenient transfer of tickets for use to other fans.
- Increased ticket usage for all season tickets purchased,
- Increased contact and opportunities to interact with the Athletic Department.
4. Can I buy single game seats online near my current seats?
Yes, based on availability.
5. Can I add seats next to my current seats?
Yes, based on availability. FHSU will work with you to find locations that will meet your needs and sight line preferences.
6. I’m not pleased with my location, what are my options?
You will be able to move to other areas of lower bowl or up to upper bowl at Gross Memorial Coliseum based upon availability. All seats are now location-specific.
7. What payment options are available for me?
We can do monthly invoices, auto charge a credit card, or take payments in person or over the phone.
8. What discounts do you offer?
All discounts offered for FHSU Alumni Association, K-Club, etc will remain in effect.
9. Do discounts apply to parking passes?
No, due to the scholarship donation to TASK that is required for parking, there is no discount for parking passes. ($400 minimum donation to TASK)
10. There are no General Admission Tickets at Basketball games. Did these prices change?
No, the prices did not change, just the language. Our general admission tickets in the Coliseum are now be referred to as upper level reserved tickets. This means the tickets will be sold at the general admission rate, but will be assigned to the best available seat location.
