Kegan Knight is in his seventh year as an Assistant Athletic Director at Fort Hays State in 2025-26 after serving as a graduate assistant in the athletics office for two years. His role is assisting in both internal and external operations.
Prior to his time at Fort Hays State, Knight attended Coffeyville (Kan.) Community College where he competed in baseball and graduated with an associate's degree. He transferred to Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, where he continued his baseball career and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Business Administration minor. Knight completed his master's degree in Athletic Administration at Fort Hays State in 2019.
A native of Olathe, Kansas, Knight resides in Hays with his wife Alicia and their four children.
